AttachPage is run by JP Technology Services LLC. By using AttachPage you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your account

Anyone can sign up with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an AI app or agent you connect does with it. Check the consent screen before you approve an app; you can disconnect it at any time. AttachPage is free to use today. Features and limits may change, and we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your pages

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store, copy and serve it only as needed to run AttachPage for you: hosting your pages, showing them to the people you choose, screening for abuse, and making previews. You must have the right to share everything you upload.

Treat a link like the page itself: anyone you give a public link to can open the page, and a personal link or secret link works for whoever opens it until it expires or you end access. You choose how long personal and secret links last, including no end date. Secret links are never emailed by AttachPage: you decide who gets them.

Pages published without an account

They are public, expire after 48 hours unless claimed, and cannot be emailed to people from AttachPage. They are limited to 10 MB and 300 files, and to 10 pages per network per day. The same rules apply.

What you may not do

• Phishing, collecting passwords or payment details, or impersonating another person or company.
• Malware, or pages that attack visitors' devices or accounts.
• Spam, including sending pages to people who did not expect them.
• Harassment, threats, or content that exploits children.
• Content that infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise illegal.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the service's security or limits.

How we handle problems

Anyone can report a page, and new pages are screened daily (see the privacy policy). We may review flagged pages, take a page offline, or suspend an account that breaks these terms, sometimes without warning when people are at risk. We may share information with authorities when the law requires it. Send copyright complaints through the report form or to abuse@attachpage.com.

No warranty

We work hard to keep AttachPage running and your pages safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months and US$50.

Ending

You can stop using AttachPage and delete your pages at any time. We may end or suspend access for breaking these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice and a way to download your pages first.
